Online Role-Play Training is designed to enhance knowledge regarding the philosophy and theory of the CAMS Framework™ while providing an opportunity to practice in using the CAMS Framework with other individuals. The online training is offered remotely through Zoom Video Conferencing. Our expert CAMS-care consultant-trainers will demonstrate the use of CAMS in a live unscripted role-play over Zoom which is based on actual patient experiences. Demonstrations will include the CAMS Assessment™ of a patient and development of the CAMS Treatment™ using the Suicide Status Form (SSF).
Following each demonstration, participants will be paired off using Zoom Breakout Rooms to practice what has just been demonstrated by the consultant-trainers. While participants are role-playing in Breakout Rooms, our trainer “floats” from dyad to dyad, supporting their efforts to use CAMS, answering questions, and making helpful suggestions. 7 CE credit hours are available for $45 per person.
Requirements: All participants should have completed basic CAMS training prior to registering for the Role-Play Training – CAMS Foundational Video Course and the CAMS Book.
